The plugin needs images of the items for sale along with price information. Desktop creatives show products at 728x120 px with the price below the image, and mobile ads show at 320x100 px. Those sizes differ from the common IAB standard sizes of 728x90 leaderboard and 320x50 mobile banner, so check which of your zones can take these dimensions.
