The billing system integration with authorize.net plugin for revive ad server allows admin to sell the campaign inventory to the advertiser, and the advertiser can purchase it whenever required. 

The admin can set the banner price per 1000 impressions or clicks and the advertiser can able to purchase those impressions or clicks through authorize.net payment system.

The advertiser can able to view the list of products added by the admin and they can choose their desired one and make payment in authorize.net. Once the purchase has been made, the clicks or impressions will be added to advertiser’s campaign.
